At Releaf Cigars,, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here’s our policy for returns and refunds.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable items (e.g., cigars that have been unsealed) are not eligible for returns.
• Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at info@releafcigars.com.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
